The existing comprehensive plan and development regulations, the transportation plan, non-motorized transportation plan, downtown plan, parks plan, and others are available via the links here and on the City’s website. We will also post links to other relevant materials, including articles, results from various engagement activities, and explorations of best practices which may inform our approach to this process.
